...just to name a few.  Please don't feel that you are tied to this list.  As time moves on, perhaps we can work into an ideal template or model.

Hey guys! (Campus Pastors)

As I have done some research in finding ways for the Central Teams to support the Campus Team, mainly the Campus Pastors, I have heard many testimonies that "blogging" helps in not only solving problems, but also building community.  Having said that, I would like to pilot a project through the end of 2006 as all the different campuses come online.  If this becomes a success, perhaps this will part of the chapel.org domain.  For now, we'll have to just stay with Tripod.

Let's get some ground rules down before we get started.  My intention for this blog is for you, the campus pastors, to be able to share your weekend experiences, your suggestions, your problems as it relates to the execution of ministry initiatives, prayer requests, along with any brainstorming ideas.  This will not be a forum for expressing personal hurts, emotional distress, spiritual counsel, or even unconfessed sin.  I think you know why.

In a nutshell, let's use this blog as a sounding board to focus on problem solving, encouragement, and constructive feedback.  Well, gentlemen...get your gear on!  Let's climb this mountain together!
